Zamioculcas zamiifolia raven

The ZZ Plant, or Zanzibar Gem, is an extremely popular and trendy house plant. It’s air-purifying qualities, along with ease of care and unique foliage make it a good choice for those seeking something different and eye-catching. 
The Raven variegation takes 4-6 weeks to turn totally dark. Fresh leaves start out bright green and gradually turn black with time. It may take up to two months for a stem and leaves to turn black completely, but usually it's dark after 4-6 weeks.

Water - Allow soil to dry out before watering, check 1-2 inches into soil to ensure it is not still moist before watering. 
Sunlight - Happy in almost any light, from shady to bright light conditions but as with most houseplants, avoid direct sunlight.
